When you request our remote support, you will need to download a small piece of software and run it on your PC. Depending on the web browser you use, you will see a message box similar to below. (If you have the choice to Run the software you may do so.)


In Internet Explorer:

Click Save to continue with the download. You may also be presented with the following dialog box once the software has finished downloading:


Click Run again to start the software and begin your remote support session. A new window will pop up which will connect to our system. Please wait for a technician to answer your request.
